It's gotta be Monday someplace...

Ok, it's not Monday here but I am posting tonight as I don't know what tomorrow will bring. We have had some family things come up and my scrapbooking has taken a back burner. Today though I was able to get some layouts done. First of all I did this layout a week or so ago but didn't get it posted. I did it for a Friday challenge at Pixel Canvas. It was made with the Preserve It Kit from Vinnie Pearce, Catherine Designs and Fei Fei's Stuff.

Charlie has a new kit out called Summer Night Dreams - what a gorgeous kit! You can pick it up at ESS on Monday. The photo masks are also done by Charlie and will be out the first part of May.

Mel has been busy as usual. Tea in my Garden is her new kit and you can pick it up for $3.00 for the next 48 hours at Scrap That Idea. I didn't get a chance to do a layout with this kit but I am sure I will be using it in the future. Beautiful choice of colors!

Vicki, Stacey and Mel have also teamed up for another fabulous collab kit. It is called Showers in Spring. Loads of wonderful papers and elements perfect for those spring layouts!

This kit isn't in the store yet ... wow you are lucky to get the first peak at it! You will be able to get it at Scrap That Idea on Monday.

Have a good week!

Spring Break is Over

It's back to work to work in scrappy land - Mel has a great kit called "Bloomin' Beautiful" and it is beautiful. You can grab it for free on Mel's blog. Love, love this kit - It is so Mel!

Mel also has a new kit in the Scrap That Idea Store called Boys Only. Love the rich colors in this kit and hey it even works for girl layouts!

Now onto Charlie - Whoa these girls are busy little bees!

Charlie's new kit is called Granny's Farm and I am in love with this kit! The elements which Charlie carefully photographed for use in this kit are from her daughter's quilt and I must say they are just fabulous! They were just so fun to work with! Charlie has a great deal going on over at Enchanted Scraps Studio. You can purchase this kit and the absolutely lovely recipe cards made by our own Anne of Alamo and get the add-on stitches kit for free. What more can you ask for except for some of Anne's very own recipes.
Here are your previews...

And here are my layouts (yes layouts - two of them - did I say I loved this kit!)

Off to bed....

New blog look

I thought it was time for a little updating to the blog look. I found this little beauty at House of 3 - love Rhonna Farrer's stuff. It was really easy to install which is just what I need this weekend. All my creativity has gone down the drain this weekend - I can't produce a good layout, have thrown away and restarted so many it makes my head spin. Anyway...I do love the new blog look!

Mel has two new kits over at Scrap That Idea. The first is Oh My and it is filled with gorgeous pinks and greens. Love these pictures of my granddaughter and my niece's little girl - this is the first time they had met and were quite enthralled with each other.

Earth and Sky is another stunning kit by Mel. I love the oranges and blues and the cloud elements in this kit. I never though orange and blue would go together and it has now become one of my favorite color combinations!

Both kits are only three bucks, three bucks each at Scrap that Idea!

Charlie has a new kit coming out tomorrow and it is fabulous! Let me just say, the papers are so cute that I used all of them in one layout!

Better go and get something done before I just get back in bed and cover my head with the covers!
